Dans Movies – Popular Science Fiction Films

Dans movies offers very popular science fiction films. One is Dans une galaxie prs de chez-vous. It was released in 2004. It is produced in Quebec – Canada. It became highly popular among all age groups. The film is a parody of big budget science fiction film like Star Trek.

The English meaning of the film title is ‘galaxy near you’. Earth has been rendered unsuitable for human living. A starship from Canada leaves earth for galaxy to find a living place for the people of the earth. A humoristic parody makes the film very enjoyable. The success of the film has prompted for the second galaxy film to be released in 2008.

Second film is Le Voyage dans la lune. The English meaning of the film is ‘A trip to the moon’. It is a black and white science fiction cinema released in 1902. Based on two popular novels of that time: ‘From the Earth to the Moon’ by Jules Verne and ‘The First Men in the Moon’ by H. G. Wells. It was written and directed by Georges Mlis.

A trip to the moon was technologically much ahead of its time. Animation and special effects made this film highly popular in its time. It was 14 minutes long. It is enjoyed even today as a classic science fiction movie. Two music videos have been made in recent years with similar filming like this movie. You can now judge the popularity of the original film.

Two of the David Bowie movies are also fantasy and science fiction films. First is ‘The man who fell to earth’. David Bowie plays the role of an alien from an outer planet. He has come to earth to find water. He gets lost in the power resulting from many of his inventions. This film has won him critical acclaims.

He plays the role of ‘Jareth, the king of goblins’ in fantasy and science fiction film ‘Labyrinth’. He is a mysterious but very powerful creature in the film. The film has been coined as a cult classic movie. David Bowie has enjoyed great film success along with tremendous success as a singer.

Kenny Rogers movies have also gained great success. He is an all time hit country music and pop singer. His films like ‘Long Shot’ and ‘Six Pack’ have been highly successful. He has starred in many films made exclusively for television.

This is one dubious question that everyone wants to ask on Google, which is the best sci-fi book of all time. This isn’t really as simple as a movie where -Citizen Kane’ would proclaim the award every time. Books are different; no two ways going about it. Everyone one has their preferences and everyone has their choices, and just because you related to a post or article on Google, doesn’t make that book an all time best sci-fi book, it only makes it a # 1 book in the list of a select few who agree with such articles and blogs. I have seen many web blogs, and articles talking about top 10 or top 5 sci-fi books of all time, but remember, they are only individual choices not an all around votes. This is why the novels I will mention are not all time best novels, but are my personal choice.

My first sci-fi novel has to 2001 Space Odyssey : This is by far the essence of human soul and existence; a path to our past, a way to know ourselves a little better. What is Spiritual Knowledge What is Religious, Arts and Science Knowledge

At this new age, many intellectuals falsely claim to be experts in spiritual knowledge. Some believe that knowledge of scientific thought from religious texts to guide the religion or the scriptures as spiritual knowledge. Others continue to discuss with his knowledge of the experience or scientific knowledge of religious texts taught in some universities. But few people are saints who were witnesses in detail by withholding his knowledge of the texts of the thought of religion, arts and science and say it can not be expressed in worlds.

Spiritual knowledge is absolute knowledge, while religious arts, and science knowledge of human concerns. Spiritual wisdom is knowledge that comes naturally himself, while the religious arts, and knowledge of the human sciences must be learned from others, civilization or university.

Divine wisdom is endless and always the same thing with him and our internal correspondence of the entire universe is in the pace of work without fault. Religious arts, science and human knowledge are limited and will continue to change corresponding to human needs, culture and lifestyle of individuals.

Religious arts, science and human knowledge in the language is spoken and can be stored in the form of thoughts in mind, so it can be communicated and learned from others. It has its past and future.

Spiritual knowledge is beyond the spoken language. It exists in the astral body of man and fails to be stored in the form of thoughts in mind, so it can not be communicated and learned from others. It exists in the present moment in Astral body. Astral body made it obvious what is required. Astral body and spiritual knowledge remains hidden in the back of our minds to thoughts and thoughts of languages and can be experienced just to keep in mind retained consciousness.

The withdrawal of the attention of many subjects and objects of the world by controlling the senses of sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing through meditation, the truth of our religion, arts and scientific knowledge can be an experience, and thus our individual lives are linked to it. Also experience comes with sustained attention in the consciousness of those holy life experiences and spiritual absolute knowledge. Since the individual life and absolute life can not be known at the same time, people can not cage secret spiritual knowledge and its astral body put into words. Our adorable religious texts of many religions are not a divine wisdom, but the statements of prophets, to provide technical testify to experience spiritual knowledge in beyond consciousness and astral body that is subtle world of oneness of god. Simple study of religious texts may give us religious scholar who continue to imagine it as by its level of practice it.

But knowing the true spiritual knowledge is one who practices the words of the prophets of his religion on his life in sub-conscious. The mere thought of carrying spiritual texts or spiritual values of people serves no purpose. Consciously Think how many people visit each day to his spiritual guide and continue to pray. A few reach the destinations that are willing to forgo life linked to the world and dissolve into the absolute life.

Science Experiment Build Your Own Rain Alarm

Many electrical devices are used as early warning systems such as burglar alarms, electric fencing systems and many more. Don”t you think it will be useful to have an early warning system for rain to warn you to close the windows and bring in the clothes from the clothesline? In the following science experiment you will build a device that can detect rain as soon as the first drops start to fall:

WHAT YOU NEED:

“9 Volt battery
“Plastic coated copper wire
“9 Volt buzzer or bell
“Clothespin
“Effervescent tables
“Wire cutters
“Rubber cement

HOW TO PROCEED:

1.Cut two pieces of thin plastic coated wire of about 2m – 3m each (or long enough to reach from the outside of your window to the inside of your bedroom where the buzzer and battery will be positioned). Use wire cutters to strip clean the ends of both wires. Make sure that one end of each wire has at least 30mm clean stripped, and the other side of each wire about 100mm clean stripped.
2.Push the 100mm stripped clean ends of both wires through a small opening in your bedroom window, and connects the other ends to the terminals of a 9-V battery, and an electrical buzzer or a bell. Use another shorter piece of wire to connect the battery and the bell to each other as in the diagram above.
3.On the outside of your window, connect a wooden or plastic clothespin to the other ends of the wires by winding it several times over each of the front ends of the clothespin. This will be your two contact pieces to complete the electrical circuit.
4.Place a small effervescent-type of tablet in between the two prongs with the contact pieces of the clothespin to prevent them from touching. You may need to experiment with several types of tables to find the most suitable one, which degenerate the fastest when coming in contact with water or “rain”.
5.Place the clothespin and tablet configuration on the sill of your window (you can use rubber cement to hold it in position).
6.When it starts to rain, the buzzer will go off and warn you that your clothes or curtains might get wet!

The power or “electrical energy” stored in a battery can only be released and allowed to flow when a complete circuit is made out of wires or other “conductors” that conduct electricity. In the above experiment, the electrical circuit is not complete until the prongs of the clothes pins with the wires wrapped around it are pressed together. When the rain drops degenerate and melt the effervescent tablet, the prongs with the wire contact pieces are pressed together, making a circular path between the battery and the bell. The current flows in a complete “loop” from the battery through the “rain detector” on the window sill to the buzzer and battery in your room. When the circuit is complete and the current is flowing, the buzzer sounds to warn you of the rain that started to fall!
